Tbh, I thought cold calls were a waste of time until a Tuesday in April

Honestly, I was having a rough month and decided to just power through a list of 50 expired listings in the Tampa area. On call 47, a guy answered and said, 'You're the first person who didn't sound like a robot.' We met that afternoon, and I signed him for a $425k listing by Friday. It was just pure luck and persistence. Has anyone else had a random call turn everything around like that?
