Funny how one small routine can make other parts of life just sort of click into place. I see it on my mail route all the time, the same people are out gardening or walking their dogs at the exact same time every day. That daily consistency seems to build a framework for the whole day. I get what @tara_dixon means about life feeling too all over the place, but for me it's the opposite, where one set thing makes the unpredictable stuff easier to handle.

You plan your meals every single Sunday? That's wild to me. I tried that once and gave up by Wednesday. My schedule is too all over the place for a set afternoon walk. The idea of an anchor sounds nice but my sleep is messed up enough. Honestly shocked you can stick to all that.
