Visited the county clerk's office and it was a total wakeup call
Honestly, I had to go down to the county clerk's office last Tuesday to file my DBA paperwork. I figured it would take 20 minutes max but I ended up waiting 2 hours because the system was down. The lady at the counter said they process over 300 applications a week and half of them have basic errors. It got me thinking about how much time I waste on admin stuff that could be automated. Has anyone else had a nightmare experience at their local clerk's office?
