Warning: I switched from cold brew to green tea at midnight and my focus tanked in 2 days flat.
Started drinking strong matcha instead of my usual iced coffee last Monday and by Wednesday night I couldn't finish a single design draft without zoning out every 10 minutes lol, anyone else find their night owl brain depends on a specific caffeine source?

Green tea has L-theanine, it's a Focus booster not a weakness.

actually green tea has less caffeine than coffee so that switch could be why you're fading.

Did you ever notice how we spend so much time trying to fix one little thing, swapping out coffee for tea, switching from soda to seltzer, and then suddenly our whole afternoon just crumbles? It's like our bodies are these super sensitive machines that we don't really understand, and one tiny change can mess with the whole rhythm. Feels like we're always chasing this perfect balance that never lasts more than a week or two... then we have to start all over again.
