I finally realized why that coffee shop in Lisbon was my best office for 6 months

Got so used to the barista knowing my usual that I stopped checking the wifi strength on my laptop until the day they switched routers and I lost a deadline at 6 PM across three time zones, now I always keep a backup hotspot on me, has anyone else gotten too comfortable with a spot and paid for it?

Backup hotspot is just life now, especially with all these random router changes. Miss the days when I could just roll up and trust the wifi.
