The day my accounting software just nuked 3 months of data

I use FreshBooks for everything and last Tuesday it just crashed mid-sync. Lost all my invoices from October through December, about 47 entries total. I had to manually recreate everything from bank statements and email receipts. Has anyone else had a cloud tool just eat their work like that without warning?

Nah, that's on you for not backing up your own stuff before trusting the cloud with everything.

Lost a whole client folder to QuickBooks once. Never trusted cloud syncs since.
