inI thought those scalp scrubber things were just a TikTok fad, but my client proved me wrong
Oh for real, I saw a whole thing about this on a hair blog last month. They said the key is to use it on wet hair with a ton of conditioner or shampoo to act as a slip, and you gotta be super gentle. Pressing too hard or using it on dry hair basically just roughs up your cuticles and causes breakage. It makes total sense that it would help with blood flow if you do it right, like a mini scalp massage. Your client probably had the technique down perfect.

inTried a hot soak on a seized turbo actuator and it actually worked
That reminds me of the time my uncle swore by diesel fuel to free up a seized lawnmower engine. He'd just dump some in the spark plug hole and let it sit for a week, said it worked better than any store-bought penetrant. Makes you wonder how many old mechanics' tricks we've lost to just buying new parts. What's the weirdest mix that's ever saved your bacon on a project?

inMy sauerkraut was always too soft until I saw a video from a guy in Vermont
Totally get that... the air thing is a game changer. Had the same mushy problem with my pickles for ages. Was using those fancy glass weights, but they never covered the whole surface... left a tiny gap at the edges. Saw a tip to use a folded carrot slice as a follower. Tried it and wow, the difference was crazy. Everything stays submerged now, no more weird film. It's wild how one small change fixes everything.
