inShoutout to my accountant for suggesting I pay quarterly taxes from a separate checking account.
My buddy used to wait until the last weekend to file and he was a total wreck. He finally switched to doing it early and said it was like a huge weight lifted. Now he actually gets his refund sooner and can plan around the money. Makes you wonder why more people don't just get it over with.

inHit 14 hours on a brisket and finally understood the stall
Learned the hard way that the stall is just the meat laughing at you. My first one sat at 155 for four hours and I nearly took it off to see if my thermometer was broken. The resulting brisket could have been used to resole a boot.

inOverheard a client at the library say they'd pay double for a 'no hassle' experience
My friend lost a client over a messy invoice, which totally proves @hugo_green66's point about hassle.

inShoutout to a random guy at the Portland coffee shop who changed how I do keyword research
Yeah, that's a solid find. For me, the best opener is just "What's the one thing customers always have to ask you for that's not clearly on your website or menu?" It cuts past the official stuff they think they sell and gets to the real words people use when they're standing there confused. I had a hardware store client where everyone asked for 'stove pellets' but the site only said 'wood pellets'. Changed that and it was like flipping a switch.
