I finally picked a new saw for the shop and it made a huge difference
We had to replace our old band saw and I was stuck between a standard model and a pricier one with a slower blade speed for frozen meat. I went with the slower one, even though it was $300 more. Broke down a whole case of frozen pork shoulders yesterday and the cuts were so much cleaner, no tearing at all. Anyone else run into this choice and have a strong opinion on the right tool for frozen product?

Slower blade speed for frozen meat" sounds like my cooking skills, honestly.

Ever wish you'd done that sooner?

Skyler waited until his 20s to start flossing after every meal? I did the math, and that's like 8,000 meals of regret built up right there.
