Always thought string lights were just for looks but a 75 degree night changed my mind
I hung up some cheap LED string lights over my patio last month mainly for decoration, but they actually made the space usable after dark without that harsh floodlight feeling. Has anyone else found a simple lighting setup that completely changed how they use their yard at night?

Wait, you're saying 75 degrees is worth celebrating?

Haha oh man, 75 degrees is absolutely worth celebrating! In my experience, anything under 80 feels like a gift from above once summer hits. Your string light setup sounds awesome too, it's crazy what a little glow can do for a space.

oh man, 75 degrees is definitely worth celebrating where i live. i had the same experience with string lights actually - put up some battery operated ones because i'm too lazy to run wiring, and my tiny patio went from "sit in the dark" to "hey maybe i'll actually hang out here." i even put a couple of those little stake lights along the garden edge and now my yard looks like a budget fairy tale instead of a sad slab of concrete.
