Client ghosted me after 3 revisions and a $1200 invoice
Last month I spent 2 weeks redoing a logo for a client in Phoenix, sent the final invoice, and then they just stopped replying to emails. Has anyone else had to write off a big project like that just to keep your sanity?

$1200 for a full custom logo with multiple revisions is actually pretty standard, not high at all in my experience. And calling someone after they ghost emails usually just makes them feel more awkward, not more likely to pay.

Wait, are we sure this is really a ghosting situation though? I mean, have you tried calling them directly instead of just sending emails? Sometimes people get busy or their email goes to spam, and three revisions sounds like a lot of back and forth where maybe they just got overwhelmed. Also, $1200 for a logo does seem a bit high if it wasn't agreed on upfront, so maybe the client felt like they were overpaying and just bailed. Not saying it's your fault, but it could be more about them feeling awkward or having buyer's remorse than a total ghost. Still sucks to lose that money, but idk, might not be worth losing sleep over.
