Dropped $120 on a grow light panel for my indoor succulents. Total game changer.
I have a south facing window but my succulents kept getting leggy and stretched out. So I bought this 300 watt LED panel from a local hydroponics store in Denver for $120. After 6 weeks the new growth came in tight and compact. The electric bill barely went up too. Has anyone else tried full spectrum lights for their indoor plants? I'm thinking of getting a second one for my cactus collection.

...and then I found out my cat thinks the grow light is basically a personal sunlamp. She sits under it for hours, I swear she's charging up like a solar battery. The succulents are doing fine though, tighter rosettes like you said, but now I got this furry lump hogging the light half the day. Guess I need a second panel just so the plants can get their turn. The electric bill thing surprised me too, these LEDs sip power compared to my old fluorescent setup. Never going back to anything else now.

Solar cat, completely rebranding herself as a houseplant. Guess you're the plant's roommate now.
