TIL showing up 15 minutes early to every interview got me more callbacks than any resume trick
After sending out 50 applications with zero replies last month, I started arriving early to every phone screen and in-person chat - turns out hiring managers actually notice and mentioned it in 3 of my last 5 follow-ups. Has anyone else found a weird little habit like this that suddenly made a difference?

Can't believe showing up early is the secret hack nobody tells you about.

Oh man, totally feel this one. I've been that person sprinting in five minutes late, hair a mess, trying to apologize while spilling coffee everywhere. Meanwhile, the early bird is sitting there calmly with their life together. Last week I showed up 20 minutes early for a meeting by accident, and I swear I didn't know what to do with myself. I just sat there awkwardly staring at my phone, pretending I was super busy. Being early feels like a secret superpower I can't seem to unlock.

Being early just shows you actually care, most people half-ass the small stuff.
