Rant: I thought sending a weekly project recap email was just busywork, but after a client in Portland said 'this is the only update I need', I'm sold.

Honestly, I started doing a simple bullet point email every Friday for 3 months and it cut my 'status check' calls in half, so has anyone else found a small habit that made a huge difference with keeping clients in the loop?

Oh man, that sounds amazing. I swear, the second you stop being so easy to reach, people just... figure stuff out on their own. It's like they finally read the instructions you wrote months ago. I'm totally trying this, my phone never stops buzzing.
