Wedding invite design finished 6 weeks ago, client paid the deposit then vanished in Ohio
I sent the final files to that Akron couple on September 12th, got a thumbs up emoji, and now their second payment of $450 is 3 weeks late while their wedding is in 11 days, has anyone actually gotten money out of a client by messaging their mom on Facebook?

Heard a buddy track down a bride through her sister's Instagram once, worked like a charm.

Man, that's rough. Have you tried calling the venue or the photographer they listed on the mood board? Sometimes they know the family or at least can confirm the wedding is still happening. Also, did you ever get a parent contact from the initial inquiry form, or was it all through the couple's email?
