My hydrafacial machine died mid-treatment Friday

I was doing a hydrafacial on a regular client in Marietta. Right at the exfoliation step, the suction just cut out. Completely dead. I had to finish with a manual extraction and a calming mask. Did my best to keep her calm but I felt terrible. Anyone else have a machine fail at the worst possible moment?

Just shuddered reading this, my machine died mid-peel once.

Did you check if the filter clogged first or was it definitely a power issue?

Machines die. Not really a big deal.
