My weekend emails were getting sadder than my leftover pizza. @the_oliver is right, seeing people actually log off is a real wake-up call.

Setting a rule is easy, keeping it is the real project.

I used to check emails on Saturdays until my Portland trip in April. Seeing everyone actually offline made me realize how pointless it was.
