Unpopular opinion: People still think you need an office for freelance real estate

I closed 12 deals last year working from my kitchen table in Tampa, but I keep seeing new folks blow their budget on a fancy lease. Has anyone else made a decent living without that overhead?

Hold on, your kitchen table works until you need a quiet place for a serious client meeting.

Used to believe a proper office was a must for credibility. Your post is a total game changer, makes that overhead seem pointless now.

My friend's client actually said her home office setup looked more trustworthy than some fancy corporate spaces she'd seen. Totally flipped the script on what "professional" even means.
