My friend Mark billed 60 hours once and said he felt like a robot for a month.

Yeah, that robot feeling is real... I hit a wall like that last year. What finally helped was forcing myself to take a full weekend completely offline, no screens at all. Just simple stuff like long walks and cooking a big meal from scratch. It sort of reset my brain.
