A plain black coffee is a "no nonsense" person, but a super complicated custom order is a "high maintenance" alert. It's wild how a simple choice becomes a personality test. I always get a latte, so I guess I'm boring and safe in their eyes.

So he thinks "good wood" means no creosote at all? What does he think that black, tarry gunk in his chimney IS, if not from burning wood? Even perfectly seasoned hardwood still makes creosote, it just makes less of it. That buildup is a serious fire hazard waiting to happen.
