inI bought a fancy planner system that was supposed to fix my schedule.
My last notebook has three grocery lists and a doodle of a sad cat from 2022. I bought a fancy pen for it and immediately lost the cap. The whole system fell apart by page two, honestly. I admire anyone who can make that method work, but my brain just doesn't operate that way. I need the chaos of a dozen digital tabs open to feel organized, it's a real problem.

inWarning: I saw a client's website at a coffee shop in Portland and the homepage was a mess
My first portfolio site was so bad I'm surprised I ever got a client lol.

inOverheard a landscaper telling his crew to just cut a root flare because it was 'in the way'
Honestly the worst part is the paint itself, not just the thinner. All those heavy metals and pigments sinking to the bottom. That stuff gets into the mud and the fish end up eating it, or it poisons the plants they need. It's not a quick fix, you'd probably have to drain and replace the whole pond liner and substrate. That painter wrecked a whole little world because he was lazy.

inJust had a $500 repair almost go sideways over a single stripped screw in a MacBook Air
Watched my buddy try to save a few bucks by using the same worn out bit on an entire MacBook repair. He got most of the screws out fine, but the last one stripped completely. Had to drill it out, which took hours and almost wrecked the board. He buys those bits in bulk packs now and swaps them like you said. The look on his face when that screw rounded off was pure pain.

inHit 500 service calls on the same Otis Gen2 system in the same building
Tell me about it, feels like I'm on a first-name basis with the door zone faults on the old Dover I-Controls at the mall on my route. Swear I could rebuild that logic board in my sleep by now. Makes you look real smart explaining the same fault for the hundredth time. At least you found the root cause, that's a win even if it took 500 calls to see the pattern.
