I ate the cost when they added tasks after we shook hands

We agreed on a set list of tasks for a flat fee, but after starting, they asked for extra work. I did it to keep them happy, but they didn't pay more. How do you set limits on project changes?

Recommend a company for outdoor sheds and lifts?

Working from home means my garage has become half office, half storage. Can anyone recommend a good company for an outdoor shed or an attic lift so it doesn't look like a hoarder's den in the background of my Zoom calls?

Update: My shed needed new latches, so I fired up the forge.

Lately, I spot more folks skipping store-bought hardware to make their own.
