My sister called my air fryer chicken 'soggy' and she was right
I was cooking wings at 375 for 15 minutes like always. She said they looked pale and limp. So I cranked it to 400, flipped them halfway, and let them go 20 minutes total. Now the skin actually gets crispy. Has anyone else been undercooking their wings and not realizing it?

My boyfriend had the exact same wake-up call with steak last year. He was cooking it at 350 and wondering why it was tough and dry. Now I realize the internet makes everything look so easy but the real trick is those little adjustments like higher heat and flipping stuff. It's honestly like getting a basic recipe from a friend versus actually watching a pro do it on YouTube. Sometimes you just need someone to point out the thing you've been doing wrong for months before it clicks.

Nah, sometimes low and slow is legit. Depends on the cut.

Fell for the same trap for months before my brother called me out. Now I’m paranoid and checking the internal temp like it owes me money.
