Got stuck on a 2002 Silverado bed alignment for two days
The frame horns were tweaked just enough from a past hit that the new bed wouldn't sit right. Kept chasing gaps, thinking it was the mounts. Finally spotted the twist with a laser level after like 16 hours of messing with it. Had to use a port-a-power on the frame in a way I hadn't done since my old shop days. Anyone else run into hidden frame stuff that ate up a weekend?

My cousin's Dakota had a bent frame rail we only found after the new fender wouldn't line up.
