I made a one page guide with just three basic steps because people get overwhelmed. I put stuff like CeraVe cleanser and a cheap SPF moisturizer from the drugstore. It helps so much because now when friends ask, I just send the picture and say start here. The real trick is getting them to stick with it for more than a week. I mean, idk why but everyone wants a magic fix overnight.

Seriously, Claire's totally right about giving up too fast. Even a good one like what matthewking said needs a couple weeks to really see if it works with your skin. People just need to pick a simple option and actually stick with it.
