Serious question, has anyone checked out the new Riverbend development in Springfield?

I walked through a model unit yesterday and the base price is $425k, but the HOA fee is $350 a month. Does that seem normal for a townhouse community?

Tell me about it. My place was the same. They painted over the electrical outlets, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the kitchen floor had a visible dip. Took six months of calling to get half of it fixed.

Wait, painted over the outlets? That's a fire hazard, they can't just leave that. The paint messes with the connection. I had to point that out to my landlord too, they had to scrape it all out and redo them properly.
