Fitness client skipped warm-ups and tore a muscle, then sued me

This person insisted on jumping straight into heavy squats without any prep, even after I explained the risks. They pulled a hamstring on the third rep and are now taking legal action against my training business. I have all our messages where I warned them, but it's still a huge headache.
