My 3-year-old cheap sleeping bag finally died on a trip to the Adirondacks last week.
I'd been patching it with duct tape for a year, but the zipper fully gave out in 20-degree weather, forcing me to sleep in my puffy jacket and making me finally order that quality bag I've been putting off.
