inFigured free updates kept folks happy, but after someone asked for change number twelve, I set a hard limit.
Setting such a hard limit seems like a good way to push your most engaged users away. Those twelve changes show people really care and are trying to help you improve. Cutting off that feedback loop completely might save you some hassle now, but it tells everyone their ideas don't matter anymore. You could end up losing your biggest supporters over it.

inQuestion about the push for all lightweight drywall on ceilings
Lightweight drywall gets a bad rap, but it's not all doom and gloom. It's much easier to handle, which cuts down on time and labor costs. Sagging can happen, but that's often from poor framing or not enough screws. The weight savings make it a good choice for many jobs. Old ways worked, but new products improve over time. Your ceiling might look rough, but your back will thank you.

inWarning: Found a wedding ring in an old chimney flue...
Keeping that ring might have been totally fine! The family never knew it existed, so it wasn't really theirs anymore. Video just keeps everyone honest, which is a good thing in my book!
